ATR Estate Sales offers a variety of services to meet your unique needs.  We service Kenosha, and Southeastern Wisconsin, as well as Northeastern Illinois.
Below is a description of our most requested services.

Estate Sales

Generally an estate sale is conducted when a family's circumstances require them to liquidate the contents of a loved one's home. Perhaps a loved one has passed away or has moved to an assisted living or nursing home. Sometimes the family has decided to sell the home or has already placed the home on the market.

Moving Sales

Sometimes a family or individual will request a moving sale if they are downsizing, moving across the country, or simply moving across town and do not want to bring all of their current furniture and belongings to their new home.

For both estate and moving sales, ATR Estate Sales will come into the home and take care of everything from organizing, displaying, and pricing items to advertising and conducting the sale. At the completion of the sale we always leave the home clean and will even donate any remaining items to allow our customers to receive a tax credit.

In addition, ATR Estate Sales will never charge an initial consultation fee to look at an estate.

Off-Site Liquidation

For those customers who prefer more privacy, would not like others walking through their home, are not able to have a sale within their home, or maybe even have a storage unit full of treasures, ATR Estate Sales is able to offer off-site liquidation. If this is what you are looking for, ATR Estate Sales will box up the items you would like to sell and conduct a sale at an off-site location, such as a warehouse.

Immediate Liquidation

ATR Estate Sales often gets requests from customers for the immediate liquidation of an estate. In this type of situation, we will view the estate or collection and make you a fair, honest offer on the spot to purchase the items. We are able to pack the items, remove them, and give you a check the same day.

Choice Items and Collectibles

Many times customers contact ATR Estate Sales when they have vintage items or collections to sell (such as jewelry, watches, knives, military items, and old toys, amongst others). In this circumstance, ATR Estate Sales will view items and make you a fair, honest purchase offer on the spot.

Appraisals

ATR Estate Sales also offers appraisal services for those customers who may not be looking to sell items, but would like to know their value or need a written appraisal for insurance purposes.
